And He was saying, “The kingdom of God is like a man who casts seed upon the soil; and he goes to bed at night and gets up by day, and the seed sprouts and grows—how, he himself does not know. The soil produces crops by itself; first the blade, then the head, then the mature grain in the head. But when the crop permits, he immediately puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”
MARK 4:26-29
Understanding that we are not only ministering to professing believers, but also those who are non-professing, it is our goal to meet the needs of both groups by teaching in-depth bible lessons, while regularly weaving in the clear gospel message. It is our desire that all the youth of the church come to a true faith in Christ’s finished work, that is observable by the saints, as the youth bring forth fruit in keeping with repentance.
We seek to make clear the distinction of each individual’s standing before God and the appropriate actions that should take place as a result of that knowledge.
For the believer, we encourage participation in the spiritual disciplines through which the Holy Spirit will minister. We emphasize the study and meditation of scripture, prayer, service to others, and participation in the greater life of the church.
For the unbeliever, repentance and faith are made clear to be necessary for salvation. Additionally, participation in the spiritual disciplines of the believer, stated above, are also encouraged.

Youth SUnday School Class
As Jesus told Nicodemus, “unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Our Lord is the sole giver of life, we know that it is He and He alone who gives mankind both physical and spiritual life. That being said, we understand that He has chosen to accomplish the new birth through the teaching and preaching of His Word. Our Youth Sunday School classes are seeking to continually plant and water the seeds of the word in the soil of the hearts of our young people. At the same time, we are praying that the Lord would bring about initial growth in those who are unbelieving, and prune those who are believing, so that in all cases, fruit might spring forth in abundance.
Please join us every Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Our Youth Sunday School classes meet in the upstairs classroom.
